I loved it from the moment I stepped in the establishment. Friendly, professional and genuine, was what I was met with the general manager: Shawn, was so skilled with her listening , she was accommodating and authentic and showed concern and offered reassurance that this is my home away from home! I recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for traveling professionals! Come and settle into reasonably priced accommodations. Welcome Home

What a great experience. The staff was more than willing to help in every way they could. We had a mix up on our end and when I arrived the lady was more than willing to help and do what ever it took to make our stay more than pleasant. The breakfast was more than what I expected. They had waffle makers!! They have a sign in the rooms that said they have cooktops and skillets you can borrow from the desk! I was more than impressed by their hotel. If your looking for a quiet nice clean friendly place to stay for the night or a couple of days I HIGHLY recommend Home2 Suites!! Thank you all for everything and making my son feel like he was at home as my son is autistic that was a big big one for me!

Room was a king and it was huge probably the size of a small apartment but it was 4th floor. Comfy bed and clean. Big tv that got good channels and quiet rooms no disturbances in the night. Staff was very friendly and the guy at the front desk was very funny! Location wise was a bit sketchy but didn't have a problem with anything. Overall good experience would stay again!

This location is in a happy medium from plenty of access to food & personally for my worksite. The beds are clean & comfortable, plenty of kitchenette space & ample amount of fridge room. The counters & desk area have plenty of space as well as the closet are. The bathroom is clean & hotel staff keep it well stocked & very clean! The water pressure & temperature is amazing!! I recommend for an extended stay!

I was at this location for three months, from September to December of this year. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I have which led to one star being removed is the laundry situation. There are only two washers and two dryers, and one of the dryers was not functioning for the majority of my stay. I would ask about it occasionally, and I would always be told that it was being fixed "next week." Because of the limited amount of washers/dryers compared to the number of guests at the hotel, it was difficult at times to be able to do laundry. I found myself having to wait in the gym until washers opened up. Other than that, I have no complaints. Housekeeping always did an exceptional job, the front desk staff were very personable, and the room was exceptional. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the OKC area.

Overall, not a bad stay and I wouldn't have an issue staying here again. My sole complaint was that my shower was dirty. The floor was still being occupied by someone else's curly q hairs and a corner shelf had been broken off with exposed broken "tile" clearly visible. Aside from those 2 items, the rest of the stay was good. I have a view of the river, the pillows were soft and as with all Home2Suites, the rooms are bigger than a traditional hotel for the same money. Bonus...good spot for plane watching without a ton of jet engine noise.

Great place to stay, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. The manager Jennifer was wonderful in assisting with a couple of requests, was always friendly and courteous while going the extra mile. I'll stay here again! Thank you all!

Had to cancel my reservation due to bad weather at a late hour. Interacted with Demont at the front desk via phone and it was the most pleasant experience. His tone, helpfulness, and kindness were evident. Hilton, you are fortunate to have a wonderful worker. Looking forward to stay here in the future.
